1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

All purchases of courses, toolkits, and exam preparation programs are final. Once access is granted or materials are downloaded, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted.

2. Exceptions to This Policy

Refunds will only be considered under the following very limited circumstances:

• Duplicate payment made due to a technical error.

• Incorrect charge resulting from a proven system malfunction.

In these rare cases, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase and provide documented proof (such as bank statements or transaction receipts).

3. Course Access and Responsibility

• It is your responsibility to ensure that your device, internet connection, and software are compatible with our platform before purchasing.

• Failure to complete or access a course due to personal reasons (including loss of interest, insufficient time, or lack of technical knowledge) will not qualify for a refund.

4. Corporate Training Packages

For organizations purchasing corporate training, payments are strictly non-refundable once the service agreement is signed and access is granted to team members.

5. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a billing dispute, Expansion Courses reserves the right to investigate the matter fully. Refund decisions, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of Expansion Investment Limited and will be final.
